Writers’ Roundup: May 18
May 18, 2012
I’ve neglected my Google Reader this week! That — and Twitter — is the first thing to go when I’m swamped, which is exactly where I’ve been for the last two weeks.
But it will all be worth it when my next two eguides launch, right?
Here’s what I’ve managed to skim this week:
- Author Amber Mac says professional women should stop apologizing for these three things — and how to make that happen.
- Think of your current job as training grounds for whatever your next step is in life, say Sean Ogle at Location 180. This is So. Right. On.
- Finally, how common is your birthday? Data star Matt Stiles (who taught me everything I know about covering city hall) did a great visualization of the most popular birthdays. Pretty fun.
Have a great weekend!
