Join My Database of Freelance Bloggers

March 20, 2013 · 19 comments

Here’s an opportunity for you…

Because I edit several large blogs, I’m constantly in need of freelance bloggers. And since I know a lot of writers, other people often ask me for recommendations.

That’s why I’m creating a database of bloggers I can tap for my own projects, for my clients and for other people who ask me for recommendations. If you’d like to be included, please answer a few questions below so I know what type of work to send your way.

Don’t bother filling out this form if:

  • You’re a writer but don’t blog. This is solely for BLOGGERS.
  • You wouldn’t write a blog post for $50. Kudos if you’re an experienced writer or blogger who can command a higher rate, but I’m looking for affordable, early-to-mid-career bloggers.

Also, if you know someone you think should be included, feel free to pass this along to them.

Here’s the quick form:

Just to be clear, are you needing people to blog for someone else or looking for people to promote products on their own blogs? (It makes a difference in how I enter my information).

Looking for people to write blog posts for other people :) (Nothing would go on your own blog.) Thanks!

This is such a great opportunity, Alexis! I found out about you through a recent Problogger post you made about managing multi-author blogs, and found it very helpful as I help manage one for a sales and marketing company. I’d love the opportunity to get my word out there on several different blogs! Thanks so much.

Hi Alexis,
I am new on here, I have just signed up to go on your database for bloggers. Where I got your site from and information, was on Sophie Lizards blog ‘Be a Freelance Blogger’ from one of her posts, I just thought I would let you know that.
Thank you for having this great data base for bloggers, once people make it they are not usually interested in us that’s straggling behind. Once again thank you.

Hi Alexis,
I found a link to this blog post and your database for bloggers so filled in the form. Just wondering if this is still active? This is a wonderful idea for new bloggers starting out and for others who need a helping hand to get started in freelance blogging.
Thank you

Hi Jane — We do still use this occasionally! Socialexis was recently acquired, so we don’t use it for lots of blogs anymore, but we do use it for The Penny Hoarder:, and I plan to occasionally send notes to the group as well. It’s worth adding your info!
